Rooftop Package units/Condensers over wall.
This price is for up to 30 minutes on site or less. We charge by time on site. Most of these lifts can be done in this time period for a single unit when the technicians are prepared and ready to go.
This pricing is for Licensed HVAC Contractors for 31-60 minutes on site.
For longer periods of time, we charge $125/Hour plus one hour travel time for our standard crane, weekdays.
Saturdays are time and a half billing.
Overtime starts at 4pm and is billed at $200/hour for standard crane.
Sundays. are billed at double time rates.
Boulder City is $300 minimum charge
Our larger cranes, the 50 Ton Manitex has a 155 foot boom, plus an optional JIB. We charge $200 per hour on this crane, 4 hour minimum plus one hour travel time.

Our Specialty Crane Can get into tight spots and on not standard surfaces. 84 Foot Boom with the ability to work like the big cranes with more versatility.
Most lifts can be done in this time.
Hourly billing is time on site, always add one hour for travel.
